David Johnson

Managing Director

David has spent the past 21 years in Asia working in travel communications while living in Thailand, Hong Kong, Singapore and the Philippines, experiencing exposure in all media from TV and daily newspapers, to monthly magazines, intelligence reports, journals, live online sites and books. He has held senior management positions while working for organisations such as Miller Freeman Asia (now CMP Asia), Haymarket Media Asia, The Economist, South China Morning Post, Bangkok Post, Alive Networks and Asia Books. David also launched Business Travel News Asia Pacific and the associated Corporate Travel World Asia Pacific event, which remains a leader in Asia today and has been a keynote speaker at global forums, commenting on the role communications play in promoting and supporting tourism and hospitality development in Asia.

David joined Delivering Asia Communications in 2006 where his exceptional expertise and knowledge of the travel and hospitality media industry both in Asia and the world has brought a new dimension to this exciting and growing company.

Jason Gagliardi

Communications Director

Jason Gagliardi joins Delivering Asia Communications following a long career in journalism, branding and advertising. Jason's award-winning writing has appeared in publications including Time, the Sunday Telegraph Magazine, Colors, Playboy, Sports Illustrated, South China Morning Post, Sydney Morning Herald, The Bulletin, DestinAsian, Harper's Bazaar, Mandarin Oriental magazine, Sawasdee and many others. His career in journalism began at The Courier-Mail in Brisbane, Australia one of the News Limited stable.

A move to Hong Kong in 1992 saw him work as a reporter at The Hong Kong Standard, before moving to The Eastern Express as features editor and then The South China Morning Post. Jason also spent over six years in branding and advertising as copywriter, Executive Creative Director and a partner of leading independent Bangkok branding agency Inhouse Brand Works. He is also the co-author of Dorling-Kindersley’s Top 10 Guide to Hong Kong and Macau. He has written extensively on branding, positioning and marketing in the Bangkok Post. He has lived in Asia for over 20 years, primarily in Hong Kong and Bangkok.

Stephanie Siegle

Communications Manager Europe

Stephanie has spent almost 15 years working across notable travel and business publications in both the UK and Asia, kickstarting her career as editor of high-profile airline publications European Businessman and Classic Travel, before moving to the renowned Haymarket Publishing to work on leading business travel title Conference & Incentive Travel. She moved to Singapore in 2000 to successfully launch Conferences, Exhibitions and Incentives (CEI) Asia Pacific magazine, where she honed her skills writing for, and communicating with, the Asia Pacific market, before moving back to the UK in 2002 to take over the reins as features editor on the leading UK magazine for the communications industry, PRWeek.

She joined Delivering Asia Communications last year, where she has been able to continue to combine her love of writing and communications, in addition to hosting press events in the UK for the company’s clients.
